I like writing Xander, but find Willow a pain, myself. Xander would be a better fit for the Winchesters, I think- they don't seem to talk well to women, and he's got social class and life experience to match Dean.
Julia, it sort of depends on how AU you want to go, because I could see Wes or Gunn working better.
